As we continue to navigate this road that is COVID-19 the health and safety of our residents, staff, and family members remain our utmost priority. While being up to date with COVID-19 vaccinations has significantly reduced the risk of COVID-19 it has not eliminated all possibility of transmission. We continue to follow meticulous infection prevention practices including, but not limited to, screening, sanitization, hand hygiene, PPE use, family updates, and testing.

Following the guidelines and protocols set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), the State Department of Health, as well as Local Health Jurisdiction (LJH) in which the facility resides continues to assist with our mission of providing outstanding care.
